The login page for mysolarZero has a link to reset your password. You can reset your password by following these pages.
Please note, if you try to log in 3 times incorrectly, as a security precaution your account will be locked for 30 minutes. You will be unable to log in during this time, and password reset will not work either.
After the 30 minute period has expired you can log in as normal or reset your password.
If you opted to reset your password then a reset link will be sent to your email address. You will need to follow this link to reset your password.
