Yesterday it was announced that SolarZero has been put into liquidation.

As a valued customer, we want to reassure you that the services you receive are continuing and introduce you to the new service provider, Verofi.

Verofi has replaced SolarZero Ltd (in Liquidation) and will provide ongoing customer services and support. Verofi’s role includes looking after the servicing and maintenance of the solar energy systems provided to you under your contract.

Specifically:

  • Battery replacements
  • 24/7 monitoring and optimisation
  • Repairs and replacements
  • Moving house management

We expect you’ll have questions about how this news impacts billing and who you can talk to about any customer service queries.

Liquidators appointed

Verofi was appointed as the replacement servicer ahead of the liquidation. This will ensure that any subsequent events affecting SolarZero will not affect its residential customers. Customer payments go into a trust that is managed by Public Trust.

Russell Moore and Stephen Keen of Grant Thornton have been appointed as the liquidators of SolarZero Limited (in liquidation).

We will keep you updated as we work through this process. Our team is committed to ensuring services to our customers across the country continue uninterrupted.
